About the LRA
The Lonehill Residents Association (LRA) is a section 21 company, the Directors are a group of Lonehill resident volunteers and the association has four permanent administration staff members, an Estate Manager and seven gardeners.
The LRA covers Lonehill, Lonehill East, Beverley and Pineslopes. The association was formed to create a united community security strategy. Achievements to date have been through a remarkable level of community cooperation and involvement.
The Lonehill Residents Association aims to provide a safe place in which to live, work, exercise and shop, to ensure the environment is well managed and that the resources of the community are tapped to the benefit of all. The LRA is striving to ensure that you “Come home to quality”.
" The Vision of the Lonehill Residents Association (LRA) is:
1. To provide a security service 24 hour day 7 days a week to Lonehill, Lonehill East and Beverley Communities on the basis of zero tolerance for crime striving for zero crime occurrence;
2. To constantly strive to maintain the highest standards of aesthetics and maintenance in our geographical areas of responsibility;
3. To foster community spirit and a culture of mutual respect within the communities we serve;
4. To administer the affairs of the Association to the highest standards of stewardship;
5. To promote beneficial interaction with local and national authorities to ensure the best possible standards of service delivery for all our community members;"
